Caterer and restaurant business owner, Adora is a Caribbean-trained Master griller and chef at The Cove Café in Fair Haven Michigan.

Come for a visit and experience Adora’s classic Caribbean style BBQ, or enjoy one of her homemade soups and sandwiches. You can sit in our cozy dining room and let our friendly staff serve you, or you can take your meal to go, packed to satisfy your hunger on your adventures for the day.

The biscuits and grace that's made from scratch and is phenomenal...then I was so mesmerized I ordered the half BBQ chicken with potatoes and that was so good as well.
